Thompson is a Belgian family business founded by Hector De Smet in 1921 in the town of Geraardsbergen, home of the “Muur van Geraardsbergen” which is of course known from the Ronde Van Vlaanderen. After its establishment, Thompson immediately started full production in-house, from design to welding, painting and assembling frames.
