Thompson is a Belgian family business founded by Hector De Smet in 1921 in the town of Geraardsbergen, home of the “Muur van Geraardsbergen” which is of course known from the Ronde Van Vlaanderen. After its establishment, Thompson immediately started full production in-house, from design to welding, painting and assembling frames. I have had my bike for a few days now. And prefer to ride it more and more. Without assistance it is hard pedalling, but with assistance it is blissful cycling. Sunday I rode 80 km (1/3 without assistance, the rest with) and still had 40 % battery left! Done everything: asphalt, unpaved, field roads: it can handle everything.
Only downside: charging does take a long time.

Je découvre la marque Thompson par le biais de l'achat de ce modèle (Element EVO), auprès de mon vélociste Vanneuville Sports, et j'en suis ravi! Pour résumer: une grande maniabilité/rigidité, une fourche efficace dans toutes les conditions, une finition soignée et un groupe Shimano venant sublimer l'ensemble.

This bike is a real pleasure to ride. I chose the following equipment: Cockpit handlebars DI2 105 and DT SWISS ER1600 and DT SWISS 350 and design cameleon colours. Insanely beautiful bike. For my first ride of 192km, I fitted my saddle SMP Selle Plus. I have also already replaced the standard tyres Schwalbe Lugano 2 32- by my 2nd ride of 280km to Continental Grand Pix 4 Seasons VectranBreaker.
My previous bike is a Bianchi Via Nirone alu with carbon front and rear forks special campagnolo wheels, this is of a different order. The difference is huge as much as 3.7km/h on average faster makes that on such tours quickly 45min gain. That Cameleon colour is super, gives a very distinct timbre. I'm going for the international bunch for the 1000km Fight Against Cancer. Thanks Thompson

I use the bike with the Flow app on my phone and that also is working 100% flawlessly, and its perfectly integrated with my Komoot
600Km on the counter now, and I do not plan to stop

Ein tolles E-Bike mit Super Reichweite, toller leichtgängiger Schaltung. Super Bereifung und sehr leichtläufig.
Würde es immer wieder kaufen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
