With the Abus Gamechanger 2.0 MIPS, Abus has managed to create an even better version of their popular Gamechanger bike helmet. It is a helmet made for high performance in all conditions. The helmet is lightweight and offers excellent shock absorption via the In Mold shell. The addition of MIPS distributes the impact across the entire head in the event of a fall. As a result, you can hit the road with peace of mind knowing that your head is well protected no matter what. Thanks to the precise Zoom Ace adjustment system, you can adjust the fit very easily, so the helmet always fits your head properly. Especially during the summer months, you will notice the wonderful cooling caused by the strategically placed ventilation channels. The 2.0 variant was tested by means of a CFD simulation, a kind of virtual wind tunnel that allowed the aerodynamics to be adjusted. The helmet is tilted slightly further forward for a better fit with large cycling glasses. The helmet is also slightly wider and has a longer continuous droplet shape at the back that works best when you tilt your head in time-trial position: head down and gas! This helmet is aero in everything, right down to the straps!<\/span><\/p>

Ventilation has also been improved. Because of larger holes at the front and back, you will keep your head cool in the hottest conditions. Other changes are in the straps where more space for your ears is now built in and a more elaborate fastening system allowing more room for when you wear a ponytail. As with the first gamechanger, the unique configuration of the ventilation channels and lines ensures that this helmet really cuts through the air. Ideal for cyclists looking for speed.     MIPS <\/span>technology<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>

    MIPS stands for Multi Directional Impact Protection System. MIPS is an inner shell integrated into the helmet. In the event of a fall, the MIPS system can rotate inside the helmet. The pressure is thus distributed so that the energy released in a fall is not fixed in one place on the head. While wearing the helmet, you don't notice anything about MIPS.     The Lazer Vento KinetiCore Race Cycling Helmet is the top aerodynamic helmet in Lazer's range. The helmet features the revolutionary KinetiCore technology. Lanes of EPS foam have been removed from the helmet, creating a bubble pattern inside. This pattern acts as a crumple zone in the helmet that literally breaks your fall. Because material could be taken away, less material is needed, the helmet is lighter in weight, there is more room for ventilation and the helmet is therefore even safer.<\/span><\/p>

    The new ScrollSys Retention system allows you to easily adjust the fit of the helmet at the back of the helmet. This can be done even while cycling and also with thick gloves on. Even with a tail, you can use the helmet just fine.<\/span><\/p>

    Thanks to its low weight, you can go long days on the bike without being bothered by the helmet. Even during hot days, this is not a problem, thanks to the precisely fitted ventilation holes. These suck wind in at the front and blow it out at the back. That cool airflow is largely thanks to KinetiCore technology.       KinetiCore is an outstanding safety technology in helmets. Lanes of material are removed from the helmet, creating a pattern of studs. These studs act like a car's crumple zone.
