Ordering procedure and delivery

Order procedure

  1. Find your favorite bike in our range and place it in your shopping basket. 
  2. Create a customer account and go through the checkout process. Payments are made in full security, via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol of the latest generation. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that third parties cannot read it.
  3. When checking out your order, you indicate the Thompson dealer of your choice in the list. We will then ensure that he/she receives a nice financial contribution.
  4. You will receive an order confirmation by email

Delivery :

  1. After receiving your order, our employees will make your bike completely roadworthy in our own workshop.
  2. Your bike will be carefully prepared for shipment and will be sent with a carrier to the dealer of your choice.

Calculate your bike size
Quickly determine the correct frame size based on your inside leg measurement

Stand with your feet about 15 cm apart, without shoes on, in close-fitting trousers or underwear. Push a flat object, such as a ruler or book, up between your legs until it's snug against your crotch and parallel to the floor. Measure the distance from the floor to the top of the ruler or book. This is your inside leg measurement.
